Education, a root cause?

Education is a key to success for any nation. You want a successful and developed nation, make education common and accessible to everyone. Education's purpose is not only to get jobs but it also polish the thinking of human, broader their horizon, help to understand people, help their country to move in right direction, help to solve their problems themselves. A good education system, right syllabus, directed paths of study, and good teachers can give guarantee to a successful nation.

One of the major problems or you can say a basic problem of Pakistan is lake of education and then right education. If you see the division of Pakistani populations, you will see that a major portion almost 70% of people are living in rural areas. The people in rural areas are lacking behind even their most basic facilities like education, medical, sewerage system and if we go little beyond of it then drinking water, proper houses and little more proper roads, conveyance and much more. Cities have their own problems and It could be from them that I pointed out earlier but comparatively they are much better.

Poverty, lack of education awareness, shortage of good trained teachers, directionless education career path and poor infrastructure at villages are becoming hindrance in education. Unfortunately we don't have visionary & well educated leaders, who could understand these types of common and easy to solve issues, which could give guarantee of a successful nation. Our national and provisional assemblies elected members can help nation in this regard easily, but unfortunately most of them are themselves uneducated (I hope you understand the context ). We desperately need well educated, visionary, practical and problem solver in our politics.

Unfortunately, most of teachers usually belonging to rural areas schools are not honest with their job at all. Most of them even do not possesses knowledge of subject which they teach. In every class, just one teacher, one good teacher, if he knows how to teach and understand the psyche of their student can be a huge plus in student life. If you want more children to be educated, hire those teachers who have passion and knowledge , and who know how to teach. Political interference in teaching job posts should be prohibited strictly.

Poverty is another major problem that is daunting parents to send their children to schools. Pakistanis give lot of charity, what if they also try to focus poor students who are unable to pay even their minor dues, honestly i have seen many people who are actually doing this. It will be a long term investment though, one day that child will be able to earn for their family instead of relying charities forever. And InShaAllah one day the destiny of this nation will change.
